Our Process
Creating an ecosystem pond is a collaborative process, carefully planned to ensure the finished water feature sits naturally within your garden and functions beautifully for years to come.
1. Initial Discussion
We begin with an informal conversation to understand your garden, how you would like to use the space, and the style of pond that best suits your surroundings.
2. Site Visit & Design
Following this, we carry out a site visit to assess access, levels and positioning. Recommendations are made to ensure the pond integrates seamlessly with the wider landscape while achieving optimal water circulation and filtration.
3. Installation
Our team manages the full installation process, including excavation, construction, rock placement, planting and system commissioning. Each ecosystem pond is built using proven natural filtration principles to create clear, balanced water with minimal ongoing maintenance.
4. Aftercare & Ongoing Support
Once complete, we provide guidance on caring for your pond and are always available for ongoing maintenance, seasonal servicing or future enhancements as your garden evolves.Additional Information
The build time is an estimate. Unforeseen factors such as limited access, weather and soil type can all alter the time of construction.
The prices do not include any material removal from the site. In most builds we will utilise the excavate into the waterfall feature. Where this is not possible an additional fee may apply – this will be discussed prior to work starting.
* Installed prices include anywhere in Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Cardiff up to a 1h journey from Swansea. The prices are based on average accessibility and the ability to get an appropriate sized digger to the pond location, additional charges may apply where this is not possible.
